Raffle: Terms and Conditions

This raffle is organized and administered by YuppTV USA Inc., 11175 Cicero Dr, Suite #100, Alpharetta, Georgia 30022

Entry requirements

To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

1. 1. Be over 18 years of age by 1 January 2016
2. 2. Not be a member of YuppTV team or staff

Prizes

1. 1. 2 (two) lucky winners would be announced notified via SMS by Thursday of each week (8th September, 15th September, 22nd September)
2. 2. Entries would be accepted on YuppTV website
3. 3. If due to any reason, tickets for the show or event as a whole is cancelled, YuppTV USA Inc. would not be liable.

Winners

1. 1. The winner will be drawn by an independent person/YuppTV staff for each city. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner names would be announced before the show.
2. 2. If we cannot contact the winner, the prize will be awarded to a new winner or declared void
3. 3. The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.
4. 4. By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity
5. 5. Please note, YuppTV USA Inc. respects, and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined here.
6. 6. By entering this raffle, an entrant is agreeing and bound by all terms and conditions.
