Rajan Zachariah (Mmootty) is a police inspector; who doesn"t care what people think. He is posted at the police station in Palakkad district. Rajan Zachariah has a friendly relationship with IG ChanDramasekhar (Siddique) and is godfather to his son Arjun (Shaheen Siddique) Arjun and his fiance die under suspicious circumstances in Kaliyoor; a village situated on the Karnataka-Kerala border. The police report is that they were killed during Maoist attacks. Zachariah gets himself posted in Kaliyoor to find out what happened.
