'Saturday Afternoon' is a one-shot thriller movie inspired by the July 2016 attack on a Dhaka cafe. In a peaceful cafe in the heart of Dhaka, terror strikes as extremists use religion to divide and kill innocent people. But amidst the chaos, a group of Muslim hostages fight to defend their humanistic values, pitting religion, ideology and civilization against each other. The film stars Zahid Hasan, Parambrata Chatterjee, Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Eyad Hourani, Iresh Zaker and Selina Black.
