Alka asks Shankar to elope, as her father was trying to get her hitched with someone else. Shankar is a crime story writer and explains his dilemma to Alka while on a date. He explains that he doesn't have the resources or money to settle down with someone. Later in the night, Shankar meets his friend who was going to Dubai for some 6 months. And that's where the trouble begins.
