After listening to Aniruddhaas decision, Kumud is shocked and faints. Aniruddhas father rushes to inform Aniruddha about it. Aniruddha offers Kumud food. Aniruddha asks her what is he supposed to do in order to make her eat when she refuses to eat. She asks Aniruddha to participate in the ongoing puja seeing his reluctance towards having a second child.
