A man Diwakar dies while eating food on his dining table, somebody who had OCD and complulsively cleaned. People suspect he died of food poisoning but his wife calls CID because she felt it was impossible for him to die that way. Salunkhe shocks everyone by telling them that that Diwakar had consumed Taramocia, a type of brain eating insect which is not found in Mumbai. The insect crawls under the skin and reaches the brain.
