A sniper enters a high rise apartment and sets his target. A bunch of college guys shooting a short film on the street notice him and they call up CID. Just as CID enter, they find the sniper shot dead. Clearly someone outfoxed him. Investigation reveals that the bullet was fired from inside the flat. The cops must race against time to stop further killings.
