During interrogation police find that Nagesh Chauhan has been a sex offender and notorious for his acts in his native village. He had been booked for many such offences but according to fellow villagers, there were many more incidents which never came to light. During initial investigation Speed Up does not cooperate with the authorities and refuses to provide required documents. But as pressure mounts, Speed Up officials provide the police with Nagesh's license and Character Certificate.
