This episode is the first of two-episode investigation of a serial killing (believed to be the handy work of a psychopath) in Mumbai and some other towns of Maharashtra. The killing spree begins with the killing of Rukmini, a cook by profession who is allegedly killed by the serial killer Subhash (a taxi cleaner). An autopsy later revealed that the victim was raped after the murder. This revelation establishes Subhash as a Necrophilia, and thus a mentally disturbed person. The investigating police know that arresting such a criminal is a tough task, as zeroing in on his whereabouts is difficult as such people keep on wandering from places to places, and attack their victims randomly.
