When he is about to go down on his knees, Parth appears. Malhar keeps trying his best to propose to Tulika but someone or the other keeps ruining his attempt. At last, Harshada tricks both, Malhar and Tulika to go to a restaurant where there is a candlelight dinner planned for them.
