When they learn about Dr. Suhani, in spite of being junior to Dr. Chaudhari, getting assigned to be incharge of the RMOs, Madam Deshmukh teases Dr. Chaudhari being an amateur at politics. On the other hand, Aditi breaks down as she feels helpless and misunderstood, but Varun intervenes and pacifies her, advising her to not lose heart, but to think practically. Later, each of the three RMOs get a word of appreciation from Dr. Meshram for their conduct.
