Hanuman visits Varunlok and finds that Varundev is fighting with Suryadev and has frozen Suryadev with his divine powers. Patalika enters Sumeru kingdom and abducts Mata Anjana and a few children from the Palace. Devrishi informs Hanuman about the same and says that Patalika has taken them to Patal lok. Patalika performs a deadly Yagna to gain powers. She decides to sacrifice Mata Anjana and others to make devil goddess happy.
