Pammi lodges a complaint against Amber in the Police station. Therefore, the police arrest Amber on the same complaint. When Niya learns about Ambers arrest, she leaves an important presentation midway and rushes to the police station. She request the police to let her father go. Later, when Niya gets back to her office, the management decides to put her under Shrees leadership. Niya does not like the managements decision so, she decides to quit.
