Kartik is shocked to see Shruti in the boxing ring. After she wins the match, Kartik does not stay back to meet her and leaves immediately. He discusses Shruti being a boxer to Mai and his friend. Shruti realizes that Kartik might not know about her being a boxer and hence, asks him to meet her. They meet over coffee and after talking for a while, Kartik tells Shruti that he cannot marry her. Thinking he is rejecting her because she is a boxer, Shruti gets offended and leaves.
