When Shruti goes to Kartik's house to meet him, he isn't home and his father takes her and Disha out for breakfast. While practicing, Shruti recollects the time she had spent with Kartik. Kartik meets Shruti's father and asks him to train him. Shruti's father expresses his dislike over Kartik rejecting Shruti because she is a boxer. While leaving, Kartik meets Shruti who yells at him for leaving her chocolates and poetry. Kartik tells her that he would never take such measures to please anyone.
