As per the court orders, Prem and Makaudi are taken to a Mental Asylum. As they enter, a man stops them claiming to be the doctor and starts testing them using unusual tools. Prem reads his mind and learns that the doctor is actually a mental patient, impersonating to be a doctor. He also learns that this man is looking forward to breaking their heads open. How will Prem escape? Will he find the right doctor?
