Namrata tells Prem that one of their neighbors, Mr. Natwarlal Nahate passed away and he should attend the mourning. Prem opposes the thought saying, he doesn't know the family, and it isn't right to barge into an unknown person mourning. After a small argument, Prem gives in and decides to attend the mourning ceremony. There, he learns that Mr. Natwarlal Nahate had an unexpected demise. He also finds out that his wife was uninterested in him.
