A patient in a hospital has a terrifying encounter with a strange lady who also attacks a nurse. Hospital authorities try to hunt her down but instead discover a mutilated body of a patient. Cops investigate and find that there was something weird about the dead patient, Manoj. He had been snooping around in the hospital before his death. Cops look into his background and unravel a set of clues which leads to an intriguing discovery.
