A woman has been shot in a moving vehicle and surprisingly even her ex-husband who was driving the vehicle was not aware. Now CID is faced with the daunting task of finding exactly from where she was shot and how was this near impossible feat performed. They find out that she was shot from a nearby building and there was a delaying tactic used so that the sniper could get a perfect aim. Who could it be?
