A man who has had an organ transplant is shot dead in broad daylight from a car that has no driver and it seems as though the car is being driven by some genie. The cops are baffled by the unseen killer and it only worsens when another murder happens, and the person happens to be an organ transplant recipient. Cops trace the donor's family and the dead donor's younger brother says that the killer is a genie from a lamp that his sister had given him when she was alive.
