After the CID walks into a trap laid by the Eye, we see them become fugitives from the law. John Harris, the man CID team was responsible for, has been found murdered and the CID are the prime suspects. Meanwhile, the cops realise that the conspiracy is not limited a murder, but a coordinated attack on the entire city. The CID must race against time to rescue their reputation and their city - even as thousands of lives hang in the balance.
