Vishwajeet, a resident of a society complex has a bad habit of peeping into people's flats with his binoculars. One day, he witnesses the murder of a woman while peering the windows of a nearby flat. CID begins investigating the case, but find out that the flat where the alleged murder has been committed has been locked for months. However, a woman matching Vishwajeet’s description has reportedly gone missing. Is he telling the truth, and if so, who is the culprit?
