Meera receives a doll via courier that her father has ordered for her birthday. The doll breaks and it is revealed that it has actual human eyes. CID comes across an incident involving a psychopathic painter obsessed with eyes in an old art college. As cops unravel the case, they traverse through art colleges, hospitals, dead bodies with missing eyes and everything pointing towards an eye surgeon who is using his surgery skills for sadistic pleasure.
