Daya kills a man in an encounter. Meanwhile, a woman comes to CID saying that her baby has been kidnapped, and her husband who went to pay the ransom has gone missing. CID go to the location her husband went to pay the ransom- and find him lying dead. But also at the location, the find a drunken Daya, insisting that he did not kill the victim. The wife, angered, contacts the media, saying that a drunken cop has killed her innocent husband- and Daya is suspended. Is Daya innocent? Will the team be able to solve this case?
