Karn proves to be too strong for the entire tribal army and defeats each one of them. Karn later, escapes along with his family and asks the sage, whom he now calls his guru, to join them. Meanwhile, Gandhar Senapati and Madan Jay decide to take the credit of slaying the entire tribal army. Later, Karn and others reach the foot of the hill, where the sage informs Karn that he has to reach the atop of the hill and get the flower that appears when the first rays of the sun falls on the hill.
